8. Wedding Photography – Special Notes

Photographs

When commissioned as a wedding photographer, personal data in the form of photographs is created. Processing is based on the concluded contract (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).

Image Rights

The usage rights for the photographs are regulated by contract. The use of images for reference purposes (portfolio, website) only takes place with the express consent of the photographed persons.

Storage Period

Wedding photos are archived for at least 12 months after completion and handover to the couple, to enable subsequent orders if needed.
