After your inquiry, we'll arrange a no-obligation conversation – by phone or video. If we're a good fit, I'll reserve your date after a deposit of €100. You pay the rest after the wedding.
That depends on the length of the day. As a guideline: for 8 hours of coverage, you typically receive 300-500 fully edited images. Quality over quantity!
Rain often creates the most romantic photos! With umbrellas, soft light, and the right attitude, even rainy days become unforgettable. Don't worry – I'm flexible.
Within a 30km radius of Heidelberg, travel costs are included. Beyond that, I charge €0.30/km. For longer distances, we can also discuss an overnight flat rate.
All images are professionally edited – I don't deliver raw files, only finished masterpieces with color correction, light mood, and subtle retouching. Post-processing is already included in the hourly rate. More extensive retouching (e.g., removing people, swapping backgrounds) can be done for an additional fee.
The most popular locations for wedding photos in Heidelberg are: Heidelberg Castle with its view over the city, the romantic Old Bridge (Karl-Theodor-Brücke), the Philosophers' Walk with panoramic views, the elegant Palais Prinz Carl, the historic Old Town with its winding alleys, and Handschuhsheim with the Tiefburg. I'm happy to advise you on the perfect location for your style!
I recommend booking 6 to 12 months before the wedding. Especially popular dates during wedding season (May to September) are often taken early. Since I photograph alongside my main job, my availability is limited – booking early secures your preferred date.
I photograph with a Fujifilm GFX 50S II medium format camera. The sensor is significantly larger than in regular cameras, resulting in better image quality, finer details, and more beautiful bokeh (background blur). On request, I deliver your images in up to 100 megapixels – perfect for large-format prints (e.g., 100x150 cm) in museum quality!

Yes, of course! Civil ceremonies are often shorter but no less emotional. Whether at Heidelberg Registry Office (Town Hall), at Palais Prinz Carl, or another venue – I'm happy to accompany you. For a pure civil ceremony reportage (2-3 hours), costs are approximately €200-300 including editing.
